It is finally Friday. So let’s kick off the weekend with a practical and useful life hack. Don’t throw out those coffee grounds, there are many ways to make them useful around the house.
The caffeine in coffee can help with your skin and stimulate skin cells giving you tighter skin. All you have to do is add coconut oil, vitamin E oil or jojoba oil to coffee grounds and massage it on in the shower.
Use coffee grounds to neutralize odors in your fridge. Simply dry out the used grounds, place them into an open container and set them in the fridge, just as you would baking soda.
Coffee grounds to take the odor of onions or garlic off of your hands. Simply keep a jar of used grounds near your sink and grab a small handful of grounds and scrub away the odors off your hands then rinse it off.
Lastly, coffee grounds can help keep insects away from your garden. Simply take some used coffee grounds and spread them around your plants. This will create a barrier to keep those ants, bugs, and slugs away.
