Having a cat or dog can be expensive especially when it comes to vaccines or getting your pets spayed or neutered. There are a lot of low-cost clinics in the Valley that offers these services for a discount and often for free.

One place in town is called Altered Tails. They have 3 Valley locations. They offer spay/neutering services to dogs and cats at competitive prices similar to other low-cost clinic.

Currently during the month of October if you have a black cat you can get him or her spayed or neutered for free at Altered Tail. Just call them to make an appointment.

To get a male dog neutered up to 50 pounds it will cost you $65 females $75. From 51 to 100 pounds those male dogs will cost you $85 and females $95. Cats male $35 and females a little more at $50.

When it comes to vaccines they offer rabbis shots for $15 plus other vaccinations for around $15 each. They offer nail trimming services for just $5. Plus a lot more for a reasonable price, just go to their website at Alteredtails.org for all the details.

Altered Tails is not the only low- cost clinic in the Valley there may other programs that offer free or discounted services. I found a website that lists a lot of the low-cost clinic in the Valley.
