90 second Keto muffin but healthy for allAugust 9, 2019
Make a healthy, no carb muffin in less than 2 minutes. They call it the 90 second Keto muffin. It is super easy to make and tastes delicious, plus it is guiltless because it is full of protein and no carbs. This muffin recipe accommodates folks on the Keto diet, but I like it because regardless of what food you eat, it has good purposeful calories.
Grab a bowl or large coffee mug and add all the ingredients
One tablespoon milk, oatmeal or almond milk, any kind will do
One tablespoon olive or coconut oil
One tablespoon coconut flour
One tablespoon almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- You can add spices for more flavor if you are on the Keto diet, you can add cheese, and if you prefer less fat try herbs and/or scallions
Whip it all together in the mug or bowl and then place it in the microwave for 90 seconds. That’s it! And it turns out perfect every time.
